"Nice plants, but the prices felt unnecessary"
The plants looked healthy and pretty, but the prices were way too high for what they were. I liked browsing around, but paying that much felt unnecessary, so I left without buying anything.

"Nice selection, but it can be a little hit or miss"
I like browsing here because they do have a solid mix of roses, bulbs, and other garden stuff 🌿. Some sections have tons of options, which is great, but others feel a little limited or like I’m seeing the same things over and over. I do wish they carried newer plants more often. Overall, it’s not bad at all, just sometimes not as varied as I’m hoping for 🙂.

"The site kept tripping me up"
I tried shopping on jacksonandperkins.com because I just wanted to browse roses, but after a while I started noticing the same problems over and over. Pages would load slowly, the filters didn’t seem to narrow things down the way I expected, and every time I went back a page, my cart would sometimes look different. It felt like there was no clear pattern to how the site was behaving, except that something kept going wrong. Checkout wasn’t very straightforward either, so I finally gave up and ordered from another site

"Not what I thought I was getting"
I’m kind of frustrated because parts of the plant looked healthy, so at first I thought maybe it would still be okay. But it really didn’t match the description at all. The blooms were a totally different color than what was shown, and the plant was way smaller than the listed size. Just felt like I got mixed signals from the photos and description versus what actually showed up.

I had a question about my order and expected to be waiting forever, because that’s usually how these things go, which is ridiculous. But they actually got back to me the same day. It wasn’t totally perfect, but they were helpful and got everything sorted out quickly.

"Honestly, most of the plants are doing great"
I ordered 8 plants and, honestly, 7 of them are growing just fine so far. One didn’t make it, which was a little disappointing, but overall I’m happy with how the rest are doing.

"Backorder update was actually decent"
My rose order got put on backorder, which, yeah, was kind of frustrating at first. But to be fair, Jackson & Perkins emailed me quickly and let me know what was going on. They gave me a new estimated ship time, and it ended up arriving close to that. So... not totally perfect, but the communication was better than I expected. I’d say 4 stars feels fair

I ordered from jacksonandperkins.com thinking the blooms would be a little more impressive, but they were kind of disappointing once they opened up. Some of the petals already had browning, and you could tell the flowers weren’t going to last very long. The plant itself seemed fine overall, but when you’re paying that much, you expect the blooms to look fresher. I was bummed about it...

"Nice roses, but don’t wait too long"
I was able to find the roses I wanted, which was great, but a few of the colors were already sold out by the time I ordered. Shipping was decent for the season, honestly. Anyway, order early or you’ll be staring at the screen like it personally betrayed you.

"good fix after a rough delivery"
one of the roses showed up looking rough, so i emailed them some pictures. it took a couple days to hear back, but they ended up sending a replacement and refunding the shipping. not a perfect experience, but i appreciated that they made it right without giving me a hard time...

"My plants showed up faster than I thought they would"
I ordered a few plants from jacksonandperkins.com after spending way too much time looking at my sad empty spot by the fence, the shipping was quicker than I expected. I figured I’d be waiting a while, but the box was on my porch within just a few days. One corner of the box was a little smashed, which made me nervous for a second, but everything inside looked fine. Overall, it was a smooth shipping experience

My plants showed up looking really good, better than I expected. I checked the email receipt and delivery info when they arrived, and everything matched up fine. The leaves were nice and green, the soil was still a little moist, and nothing was damaged or broken. I planted them the same day, and they already seem happy. Really pleased with the condition they came in
